Turkish developer Anchor Grup has put up for sale the fourth building of the residential project InCity located in Bucharest. The apartment block includes 129 apartments that were built in 2009. The company failed to sell the fourth building of the project back then, as the economic crisis set in. The developer has now decided to try selling the apartments, as the market has witnessed a comeback, said Affan Yildirim, Anchor Grup GM, reports local Economica.net. The current prices start from EUR 1,050 per sqm, down from almost EUR 2,000 per sqm in 2008. The whole project, which is made of four apartment blocks, has over 500 apartments. The Anchor Grup also owns the Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania shopping centers and the Anchor Plaza office building.
