Transylvania Film Festival in Romania kicks off with 2,000 at opening gala

Over 2,000 attended the official opening of the Transylvania Film festival last Friday (June 1 ) in Cluj – Napoca, which takes place in the city's Unirii Square. Rain delayed the opening by one hour, while the ceremony was attended by local and international film makers, actors, directors. In total 241 films will be screened at the festival this year. Almost 500 volunteers will help organize this 11th edition of the festival, which will end on June 10.
