Top three challenges for foreign companies in Romania

Foreign companies face three major challenges in Romania, according to a survey by professional services firm TMF Group Romania. These include the frequent law changes (54% of the respondents name this as a problem), getting adequate support from the state (51%), and the implementation of legislative requirements (49%). Due to the context, companies are willing to outsource accounting and tax assistance services. They are also positive about outsourcing payroll and human resources management services.
