Top ten most expensive hotels in Romania for sale for EUR 120 mln

The ten most expensive hotel compounds up for sale in Romania amount to almost EUR 120 million, according to imobiliare.ro. A seaside resort in Neptun-Olimp ranks first, with EUR 30 million. It includes three hotels, with over 750 rooms. A hotel from Arad, western Romania, ranks second, with EUR 25 million. It has 40 rooms, two apartments, a conference room and a fitness hall. The third place is occupied by a hotel in central Bucharest, estimated at EUR 18.95 million. The 13-floor building stretches over 1,100 sqm and has 127 rooms. Another hotel in Bucharest, in the Cotroceni area, is estimated at EUR 8.5 million.
