The most expensive apartments for sale in Bucharest

If you want to buy a high-end apartment in Bucharest, then Herastrau is the place to go. There are quite a few exclusive properties for sale in the area, with price tags that go above the EUR 1 million mark. These come with view to the lake and to the Herastrau park. Baneasa, in the Northern part of Bucharest, is also a good location for luxury apartments. Romania-Insider.com has looked through the sale ads placed on Imobiliare.ro, one of the largest real estate portals in Romania to find the most expensive apartments that you can buy right now in Bucharest. Here’s the top 3: 1.The most expensive apartment for sale in Bucharest right now is a 6-room penthouse in the Primaverii-Herastrau area which sells for EUR 3.8 million. The apartment has 400 sqm usable area and 200 sqm of terraces. It has one large living and dining space, which stretches on 105 sqm, four bedrooms, one office, six bathrooms, four terraces, three deposit areas and three parking spaces. The apartment is on sale at Regatta real estate agency. 2.Second comes a penthouse on Soseaua Nordului, also next to Herastrau, on sale for EUR 1.8 million. This penthouse also has six rooms and a usable area of 280 sqm plus 250 sqm of terraces and gardens. It is on sale by Imobiliare Herastrau and Nordis. 3.The third most expensive property is a penthouse located in Baneasa, in the Northern part of Bucharest, which sells for EUR 1.4 million.
