Irish band “The Cranberries” will be back in Romania for a new show. The band are performing on October 11, 2012 in Bucharest at the Polivalenta Hall, during a tour to promote the recent album “Roses,” which was launched in the first part of this year, according to the band’s official site. The Cranberries' first concert in Romania took place in July 2010 at Zone Arena in Bucharest, when thousands of fans sang along with songs such as: “Zombie”, “Linger”, “Just My Imagination” and “Ode To My Family”. (Romania Insider attended the concert and reviewed it, read story here) “The Cranberries” peaked in the ‘90s decade, along with legends like Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins and Nirvana. Dolores O’Riordan (vocals), Noel Hogan (guitar), Mike Hogan (bass), and Fergal Lawler (drums) re-united in early 2009. Their comeback was marked by the launch of a new album in 2010.
