Teraplast Bistrita to borrow EUR 13 mln from Banca Transilvania

Teraplast Bistrita (TRP), one of the biggest Romanian industrial groups, wants to take two investment loans of RON 60.4 million (EUR 13.2 million) from the local lender Banca Transilvania. The company will start investments of up to RON 72 million (EUR 15.8 million) this year. The two investment loans are for seven years. The first one amounts to RON 32.9 million (EUR 7.2 million) whereas the second one reaches RON 27.5 million (EUR 6 million). The group Teraplast had a net profit of RON 40.3 million (EUR 8.8 million) last year, at a turnover of almost RON 400 million (EUR 88 million). The group is controlled by local businessman Dorel Goia a business partner of Banca Transilvania founder and chairman of the board Horia Ciorcila. editor@romania-insider.com
