Starbucks to open new coffee shop in Hanul lui Manuc in Bucharest’s old center

American coffee shop chain Starbucks will rent a 400 sqm space in Hanul lui Manuc to open a new unit this fall, according to local Ziarul Financiar. Hanul lui Manuc (The Manuc Inn) is a historical landmark for Romania’s capital Bucharest and is located close to the Unirii Square, in the central area of the city, in the Old Town. The inn is currently owned by Serban Cantacuzino. Starbucks on Thursday inaugurated its tenth unit in Romania after opening a new coffee shop in Constanta. The company holding the franchise in Romania plans to reach 20 units by the end of this year. editor@romania-insider.com
