Sprider Stores opens new unit, reaches EUR 18 mln investment volume in Romania

Clothing retailer Sprider Stores has opened a new store in Promenada Mall in Braila, following a EUR 1 million investment. This brings the entire investment in the company's network of stores in Romania at EUR 18 million. It is the retailer's 15th store in the country and covers 1,000 sqm. Four of its stores are located in Bucharest. Sprider Stores entered the Romanian market in 2007, with a first unit in City Mall in the capital city. It currently runs 21,000 sqm of stores across Romania. The retailer runs 115 stores internationally in Greece, Romania, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Macedonia. editor@romania-insider.com
