Romania’s roads authority CNADNR has awarded Spanish company Copisa Constructora Pirenaica a contract worth RON 167.1 million (some EUR 38 million), including VAT, to build a bypass road for Targu Mures. The road has a length of 11.6 km. The works were awarded last week based on the lower price, following an open tender, reports local news agency Mediafax.
