Samsung Electronics leased the fifth floor of the Platinum Business and Convention Center, an office building developed by Willbrook Management close to the Henri Coanda airport in Bucharest. The South – Korean company will occupy some 3,000 sqm, with Pfizer and Realitatea Media as neighbors.
Platinum Business and Convention Center includes two office buildings of five floors each, which were built with some EUR 100 million. Willbrook Management also developed Cathedral Plaza and the residential compound Oxford Gardens, as well as Tomis Mall in Constanta. The company is part of Miller Global International, controlled by the Ofer family. editor@romania-insider.com
