Romania's Trade Registry to be interconnected to EU member states

Romania's Trade Registry will be interconnected to other EU member states' Trade Registries, according to a draft law recently adopted by the Government, transposing a European Union directive, reports local Hotnews.ro. The interconnection system will consist of all the EU Member States’ Trade Registries and the European central platform. It will be operational starting July 17, 2017. The European portal e-Justice will be the electronic access point to the interconnection system at a European level. At a national level, the system will be made of the central Trade Registries, held by the National Trade Registry Office (ONRC). editor@romania-insider.com
