Romania's Tax Agency reimburses EUR 246 mln worth of VAT

Romania’s Tax Agency ANAF will reimburse in May VAT amounting to EUR 246.7 million. The payments include returns with compensation and restitution totaling EUR 213.5 million, returns with full compensation worth EUR 24.5 million and returns with partial compensation amounting to EUR 8.8 million. In the case of full or partial compensation, ANAF will settle all the payments which have received the reimbursement decision. It paid the first tranche on May 12, amounting to EUR 70.7 million, and it will pay the second tranche on May 29, some EUR 128.9 million. editor@romania-insider.com
