Romania’s tax agency publishes first fiscal forms in English on its website

Romania’s tax agency ANAF has published five fiscal forms in English on its website to help non-resident tax payers fill in their tax returns more easily. Moreover, the five fiscal forms also come with detailed explanations in English, which can be found at the end of the documents. The five forms that are now available in English are: Form 015 - Taxpayer registration/amendments/deregistration form for non-resident taxpayers with no permanent establishment in Romania Form 030 - Taxpayer registration/amendments form for natural persons without a personal identification number Form 100 - Return on taxes due to the state budget Form 101 - Corporate income tax return Form 200 - Personal income tax return For example, the Personal income tax return is submitted by natural persons who obtain income in money and/or in kind from Romania, from independent activities; rentals; agricultural activities for which the net income is established in an actual income system; fishing; forestry; transfer of securities, other than equity shares and securities in the event of closed companies; fixed-term foreign currency sale-purchase operations, based on contract, as well as any other similar operations, other than those involving financial instruments traded on authorized markets and supervised by the National Securities Commission; gambling activities.
