The inventory value of the People’s House amounts to about RON 10 billion (EUR 2.2 bln), said the Government spokesperson Dan Suciu. The plot is worth over RON 4 billion (EUR 894 million) whereas the building has been valued at over RON 5 billion (EUR 1.1 bln). The People’s House is a state asset managed by the Chamber of Deputies. It hasn’t had an inventory value so far. The Government has approved a draft law that sets the asset’s value, and the owner will register the building and the plot in its balance sheet. editor@romania-insider.com
