Romanian wine producer Domeniile Ostrov plans EUR 11 mln investments in 2015

Romanian wine producer Domeniile Ostrov has planned investments of EUR 11 million for 2015. Of the total, EUR 4 million will be invested in tourist attractions and the rest of EUR 7 million will be allotted to a program of reconversion and restructuring of a 350-hectare orchard area. In 2014, Domeniile Ostrov invested EUR 800,000 in equipment to improve the quality of wines. The wine producer registered a turnover of RON 28 million (EUR 6.3 million) in 2013, and of RON 15 million (EUR 3.3 million) in the first half of this year.
