Romanian UniCredit Tiriac Bank to up lending by 10%

Romanian banking group UniCredit Tiriac Bank wants to increase its lending by 10% this year, said Federico Ghizzoni, UniCredit CEO. The bank ranks fifth for its total assets and third for the loans granted, he added. “We increase every year our market share, today we have a 9% market share for the loans granted,” he said, cited by local Wall-street.ro. At the end of last year, the total value of the loans granted by UniCredit Tiriac Bank amounted to EUR 3.78 billion.
