Romanian Tax Administration repays EUR 233 mln VAT

The Romanian Tax Administration ANAF will repay in March value added taxes – VAT- worth over EUR 233.8 million. Returns with compensation and refund amount to EUR 192.2 million, EUR 10.6 million of which represent compensation and EUR 181.6 million are refunds. Returns with full compensation amount to EUR 22 million, whereas returns with partial compensation amount to EUR 19.5 million. In the case of total compensations, returns which have received the compensation decision will be settled. For refunds (EUR 181.6 million) the first batch was scheduled for March 12 (EUR 67.5 million) and the second one for March 30 (EUR 114.1 million). editor@romania-insider.com
