Romanian retailer bam boo wants relaunched online store to bring 6% of 2012 sales

Andreomede Decor, the company which runs the gift and home decor bam boo stores across Romania, has relaunched its online shop www.bamboo.ro and hopes to achieve 6 percent of its sales in 2012 through online sales, company representatives told Romania-Insider.com. There are currently 13 bam boo stores in Romania. The company filed for insolvency at the beginning of this year, when it had 22 stores and was heading for a reorganization period. Andromede Decor posted a turnover of EUR 8.7 million last year and a loss of EUR 1.4 million, according to data from the Finance Ministry.
