Romanian language lesson: Future Tense

Verbs in the Future

Affirmative form

A cânta (

to sing

)

Euvoicânta(I will sing) | Noivomcânta(we will sing) / Tuveicânta(you will sing) | Voivețicânta(you will sing) / El / eavacânta(he / she will sing) | Ei / elevorcânta(they will sing)

Negative form The negative particle "nu" is placed in front of the auxiliary verb.

Eu nu voi cânta(I will not sing) | Noi nu vom cânta(we will not sing) / Tu nu vei cânta(you will not sing) | Voi nu veți cânta(you will not sing) / El / ea nu va cânta(he / she will not sing) | Ei / ele nu vor cânta(they will not sing)

Examples of verbs in the Future

a dansa:

a vrea:

a bea:

a merge:

a veni:
