Local investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana wants to resume dividend distribution after a two-year hiatus and will propose its shareholders a gross dividend worth RON 0.1 per share. At the stock closing price on Thursday last week, the dividend had a yield of 7%. SIF will propose to distribute as dividend 40% of the net profit made last year, namely EUR 12.3 million from EUR 30.1 million. Shareholders will cast their vote during the General Meeting scheduled for April 28-29. SIF Banat-Crisana last distributed dividends in 2012.
