Romanian individual buys Mamaia Hotel Complex with EUR 2.5 mln

Mamaia Hotel Complex in Romania has recently been sold to Romanian Silviu Iordache for EUR 2.48 million, at the sixth auction organized for selling the hotel complex on the Romanian seaside. The buyer has to pay the entire amount in 10 days after signing the sale contract and has to keep the complex in the tourist circuit. The selling of the Mamaia Hotel Complex is part of the Romanian Ministry of Tourism's privatization of assets that the state owns in the tourism sector, so that they can benefit from the investments needed to develop and increase their competitiveness. Mamaia Hotel Complex is located in the Romanian seaside resort Mamaia. The complex has an area of 2,248 sqm and several buildings, namely the Mamaia Hotel, a restaurant and two terraces. The hotel has a capacity of 66 rooms, distributed in 16 double rooms, 7 suites with two bedrooms and one apartment with three bedrooms. The complex is classified to 5 stars.
