The Romanian government has set up a youth employment plan for 2014 and 2015. Some of the solutions proposed by the government in order to decrease the unemployment rate among young people include entrepreneurship, subsidies to employers, internships, apprenticeship at work, scholarships for students and allowances in exchange for school graduation for those who dropped out of school, reports local Economica.net.
