Elliott Associates, the largest shareholder of the Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP), introduced a new point on the agenda for the General Shareholders’ Meeting in January, namely granting a new mandate, valid until July, for FP’s listing in London, as it expects this goal will not be met until the end of this year. The request came from Manchester Securities, via which Elliot Associates holds a 15.5% stake in FP, reports local Mediafax. The authorization of Franklin Templeton Investment Management, the administrator of FP, for performing operations regarding the London market entry will be valid until July 10, 2015.
