Romanian IT firm Qualitance takes over San Francisco-based startup

Romanian software and technology company Qualitance, which is also active in the USA, has taken over the San Francisco-based startup LaunchPodium, founded by the Australian entrepreneur Mike Parsons. Parsons will become Chief Innovation Officer of Qualitance, and his startup will turn into the innovation division of Qualitance - Qualitance Innovation Labs. The entrepreneur will coordinate the Romanian company’s activity in the US, as well as the firm’s innovation policy. Qualitance posted a turnover of EUR 4.2 million in 2015. The company, however, plans to increase its turnover by 65% this year. editor@romania-insider.com
