Local IT company Endava has appointed Eoin Woods as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Woods is a former executive officer within the Swiss investment bank UBS. He has had various positions within UBS, but most recently he was Head of Technical Architecture for Group Operations Technology. Before UBS, Woods worked in the capital market sector for Barclays Global Investors, as well as in the software development area for Sybase, InterTrust and Bull. The CTO role with Endava involves defining the company’s technical directions and improving the relationship with the key customers. Eoin Woods already visited the Endava center in Cluj-Napoca, and in April and May he will visit the Iasi and Bucharest centers. editor@romania-insider.com
