Shareholders of car producer Automobile Dacia, part of the French group Renault, will receive dividends for the sixth year in a row. Their value reached EUR 335 million between 2009 and 2014, namely 84% of the company’s profit. Dacia will distribute dividends of EUR 75 million for 2014, according to the board’s decision, reports local Ziarul Financiar. The value represents 90% of the company’s profit. Between 1998 and 2014, Dacia didn’t distribute dividends due to losses, whereas between 2005 and 2008, the profit stayed in the company. Dacia posted a EUR 4.24 billion turnover in Romania last year. editor@romania-insider.com
