Romanian courier company TCE Holding makes EUR 0.9 mln profit after nine months

Romanian logistics company TCE Holding grew its turnover by 15 percent in the first nine months of this year, to EUR 16 million, and made a profit of EUR 0.9 million, it has announced. The number of its customers went up by 10 percent, the same as the volume of transported goods, said Sorin Sofian, CEO of TCE Holding. With 45 work points across Romania and two main hubs in Bucharest and Brasov, TCE Holding had to grow its warehousing space to 10,000 sqm to cater the needs of clients in the car parts, furniture and manufacturing industries. TCE Holding offers local and international courier services, postal services, cargo transportation, shipping and freight, logistic and merchandising services. The company posted a turnover of EUR 19 million last year. The company has 1,100 employees and is owned by Romanian businessman Octavian Radu. editor@romania-insider.com
