Romanian company Agricover Credit IFN, which specializes in agriculture financing, ended the first half of the year with a net profit of EUR 1.7 million, up 11% year-on-year. Its operating profit amounted to over EUR 2.4 million in this period, which represents an increase of 28% compared to the first six months of 2013. The company granted loans worth over EUR 70 million in the first half, a quarter above the value reported at June 30, 2013. Agricover Credit was founded in 2008 and is part of Agricover group.
