An earthquake with the magnitude of 4.8 degrees on the Richter scale took place on Wednesday evening, September 10, in Buzau, in the Vrancea seismic area. The earthquake, which occurred at 22:45, was also felt in Bucharest. This was the second largest earthquake that was felt in Romania this year, following an earthquake of 5 degrees on the Richter scale on March 29.
