Only 5% of the companies in Romania use cloud computing services, the lowest percentage in the European Union (EU), where the average use ratio is 19%, according to the statistical office of the EU (Eurostat). Romanian companies are followed by companies in Latvia and Poland (both 6%), Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary (all 8%). Most of the companies in Romania appeal to cloud computing for e-mail services (76%), while storage services are used by about 36% -37% of the companies. editor@romania-insider.com
