Romania’s Finance Ministry raised RON 300 million (some EUR 68 million) by reopening a 5-year bond issuance due in 2019, at an average yield of 3.09%per year, lower than at the previous auction, when it was 3.54%. Investors submitted total offers of RON 824.3 million (over EUR 186 million). The auction will be followed today by an additional session of non-competitive offers, via which the Ministry wants to borrow RON 45 million (some EUR 10 million).
