Romanians rank last in the region for buying skin care products, according to a GfK study. About one third of Romania’s households (31%) have bought a face cream at least once a year and 35% of them have bought a body cream or lotion. By comparison, 54% of the families in the Czech Republic have bought a face cream, and 71% body lotions, whereas 58% of the households in Austria have bought a face cream and 62% a body lotions. Serbia ranks below Romania for face cream products, but stands above it for body care products. Only 10% of the Romanians consider that it’s important to take care of their skin.
