Real estate deals increase by 30% in Romania in Q1

Real estate deals in Romania totaled EUR 180 million in the first three months of the year, according to real estate consultancy Jones Lang Lasalle. The sales of office projects in Bucharest accounted for over half of the total value, namely EUR 96 million. The industrial and logistics projects accounted for over a third of the real estate deals during this period - EUR 57 million. The rest of the real estate transactions targeted retail spaces, with a total value of EUR 28 million.
