The housing bank Raiffeisen Banca pentru Locuinte RBL ended 2013 with saving – lending contracts worth some EUR 622 million, up 9 percent against 2012. Its profit tripled, to over EUR 377,000. Deposits went up by a quarter, to some EUR 72.2 million. The bank had 195,000 clients at the end of 2013, up 10 percent over the 2012 level. Loans went up by 45 percent, to some EUR 6 million. The average financing value for mortgage loans was of EUR 29,000, while for those without guarantees, or only EUR 5,700. RBL's assets were of EUR 89 million end-2013, a growth of 18 percent year-on-year. editor@romania-insider.com
