Portland Trust fully leases office building in Bucharest to Oracle

Real estate developer Portland Trust has fully leased the first office building of the new Bucharest-based office complex Oregon Park to the US tech company Oracle. The developer has also fully leased the food-retail area. The most recent tenant is the event catering company Flavours, with the Stradale brand. Another tenant in the retail area is the company Lagardere Travel Retail that operates the “1 Minute” international brand for fresh snacking & convenience. The six-floor office building has a rentable area of 20,104 sqm. It will be fully completed in June this year. Portland is developing in parallel the second building of the office complex. The work on the third building with kick off next year. The whole office complex will cover some 70,000 sqm. editor@romania-insider.com
