PM says minimum corporate tax will be replaced with a flat-rate tax

The current current minimum corporate tax will be replaced with a flat-rate tax that will be applied only in areas where tax evasion is high, said Prime Minister Emil Boc, who has mandated Finance Minister Gheorghe Ialomitianu to make the needed changes.
