Piraeus Bank Romania has sold 50 kilograms of gold and 600 gold coins in the first seven months since it started to sell gold products, cashing in EUR 1.5 million so far. The bank's main customers for these products so far were men of over 40 years old. Piraeus Bank started selling gold products in October last year and intermediated 700 such transactions.
