Pharma company rents 700 sqm offices in Green Court Bucharest

Pharma company Merck has rented 700 sqm of office space in the C building of the Green Court Bucharest office complex in northern Bucharest. The company needed additional office space because its team will grow, said Laura Pricopciuc from Merck Romania. The C building of the Green Court Bucharest complex provides a rental space of about 16,300 sqm. It has 12 floors and a three-storey underground car park with 242 parking spaces. The project was completed on June 1, 2016 and currently has a 83% occupancy rate, with most of the tenants being IT & C companies. Swedish company Skanska has developed the Green Court office complex. editor@romania-insider.com
