(P) Tax Flash: Decree for enacting the Convention regarding the mutual administrative assistance in the fiscal field and the Protocol for amending it

(Decree no. 854 / 6 November 2013, published in the Official Gazette no.686 / 8 November 2013) The decree presents for ratification to the Parliament the Convention regarding the mutual administrative assistance in the fiscal field and the Protocol for amending it. The Convention was signed at Strasbourg on 15 October 2012. Government Decision for establishing the guaranteed minimum gross base salary (Government Decision no. 871 / 14 November 2013, published in the Official Gazette no.703 / 15 November 2013) The guaranteed minimum national gross salary, for a full working schedule of 168 hours on average a month, will be: • 850 lei per month, starting with 1st January 2014 • 900 lei per month, starting with 1st July 2014 Government Decision for the approval of the Administrative arrangement as regards the Totalization agreement concluded between Romania and Israel on social security (Government Decision no. 854 / 6 November 2013, published in the Official Gazette no.702 / 15 November 2013) The decision sets the framework of the cooperation on social security between Romania and Israel and it will enter into force on the date the last notification is sent by diplomatic means which confirms that all the internal procedures were met. Law for amending Law no. 142 / 1998 regarding meal tickets (Law no. 291 / 13 November 2013, published in the Official Gazette no.701 / 15 November 2013) The law stipulates that meal tickets can now be issued also on electronic format, besides hard copy, and it will enter into force within 90 days since the publishing date in the Official Gazette.
