Women in Business and World Class invite you, at the beginning of summer, to a workshop dedicated to health, balance between mind and body, held by kinetotherapist ANA CORDEA. Date and time: Friday, July 5 2013 at 16:00 Location: World Class Radisson Blu Hotel Address: 63-81 Calea Victoriei, district 1 Outfit: Sports clothes Information and reservation: contact@femei-in-afaceri.ro The access to the workshop is made starting with 15:30. You need have your sports equipment on, because the workshop consists in 25 minutes of theory and 45 minutes of physical exercises. Members of the community are invited to attend, for they have priority when signing up. Also, people who are not members of the Women in Business community and wish to attend this workshop, are kindly asked to send an email to:contact@femei-in-afaceri.ro together with a few details about the business or the job they have. They will be accepted depending on the number of available seats. About ANA CORDEA Ana Cordea is a guru in the Yoga, Pilates and Pordebras classes, she specialized in kinetotherapy and focused on everything which involves the balance between mind and body in the training and classes she has at World Class. The motto that guides her every move: „There is no comparison and no competition because we are different and meant to be this way.” About PORTDEBRAS Portdebras is a dance class for mind and body. The slow movements and regular breathing, specific to this type of dance are meant to adjust the position of the body during movement.
