Speaker: ELIZA ROGALSKI, CEO Tempo Creative Group Subject of the Event: Personal Branding of Feminine Gender The Project “Meet the WOMAN!” is targeting women who are at the beginning of their professional career, entrepreneurs or those who are experts in a certain field of activity. “Meet the WOMAN!” represents events of business networking, of a bi-monthly frequency, offering topical subjects, personal branding, promotion of businesses and women leaders who have reached excellence in their profession. About the Speaker Eliza Rogalski is the CEO of the TEMPO communication group, which includes as well the Rogalski Grigoriu Public Relations, the agency specializing in reputation management that she has co-founded. With an all around experience in communication, Rogalski started her career as a journalist at the Banii Nostri journal and later on at the Ziarul Financiar journal, than as a PR expert in Romanian and international companies. Starting February 2004 she joined Tempo agency, taking over the management of the PR department which later became Rogalski Grigoriu Public Relations company, one of the most respected PR agencies in Romania, and in 2010 has taken over the management of the entire Tempo communication group. Rogalski has complete specialization in communication, graduating courses of Competitive Intelligence, Creative Planning, Idea Management, Chartered Institute for Public Relations in Londra and an EMBA at Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
