In accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments, the Ministry of Energy acting as public supervisory authority, selected TRANSEARCH International in order to get assistance during the process of recruitment of six supervisory board members at Societatea de Producere a Energiei Electrice in Hidrocentrale HIDROELECTRICA S.A. All interested persons are invited to access the details regarding the selection criteria and the procedure through which they can participate in the recruitment process, on the website of the Ministry of Energy, section „Transparenta – Anunturi Publice”. The documents requested by the announcement published on the website of the Ministry of Energy that compress the application file will be delivered by courier/mail/submitted with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 20.10.2016, 1.00 p.m., in hard copy, in a closed and sealed envelope, bearing the mention: ”Recruitment and selection procedure for the position of member of the Supervisory Board of Hidroelectrica S.A.; Name Surname of the candidate”, to TRANSEARCH International, Alexandru Constantinescu street, no. 12, sect. 1, Bucuresti.
