Some 61% of the Romanian Internet users made purchases online at least once last year. The IT products are the most sought-after category, followed by the fashion and personal care products, said Guillaume Guerrin, Ipsos Head of Online and Mobile Research for Europe & CIS,cited by local Wall-street.ro. About 92% of the Romanians who buy online prefer to pay on delivery, and 60% also pay by credit card. By comparison, only 5% of the people buying online in the UK pay on delivery.
