About 83% of Romanians buy jewelry directly from stores, whereas only 11% prefer to buy online. Most of those who purchase jewelry online are young people aged 25-34. Their favorite products are pendants, according to a recent survey conducted by iSense.Solutions. The same buyer segment said that they would buy more jewelry from online stores if they enjoyed some benefits. These include the possibility to engrave the jewelry (49%), to estimate the finger’s size for the purchased rings (47%) or to benefit from expert advice on the type of jewelry that fits each person (33%).
