About 160,000 sqm of logistic space will be delivered this year, up by 60% compared to the area completed last year, according to an analysis by real estate consultancy firm JLL. The projects which should be due by the end of the year include the expansion of the Ploiesti West Park, VGP Timisoara, WDP Ploiesti logistics parks, as well as a new development for the Japanese company Yakazi in Braila. In Bucharest, only two new projects should be completed by the end of 2015, namely the expansion of the P3 Logistic Park and Log Center Mogosoaia logistics parks. The second quarter of the year saw the completion of 52,000 sqm worth of new spaces in the Timisoara Airport Park, a 20,000 sqm expansion of the Olympian Timisoara logistics park, some 10,000 sqm in the Transilvania Logistic Park Cluj and 4,000 sqm in CTP Turda.
