Oradea City Hall signed a EUR 20 million contract, VAT included, with Hungarian company KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt, for the development of a wellness complex in the city. The company won the auction organized last year, via KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt Szeged, Cluj-Napoca branch. The Nymphaea Thermal Wellness Complex will include six buildings, seven pools - for children, adults and for athletes, and 3 towers with heights of 10, 7.5 and 3 meters, according to an announcement posted on Oradea City Hall’s website. The works should be done within a period of 10 months.
