NEPI, Romanian investor complete Office project in Cluj

Real estate developer NEPI and Romanian investor Ovidiu Sandor have completed work for The Office, one of the most complex office projects in Cluj Napoca. The third construction stage started in spring 2016 and the 18,500 sqm of offices were ready in 15 months. The whole project, with a total rentable area of 59,000 sqm, was finalized in five years, according to the initial plan announced by the developers in 2012. The Office was launched in the middle of the economic crisis, and was one of the few developments in those times. The project’s occupancy rate currently amounts to 95%. The tenants include companies such as National Instruments, Yonder, 3Pillar Global, HP, Leoni, Betfair, Lohika Systems, Yardi, COS, Deloitte, Ernst&Young. editor@romania-insider.com
