NEPI opens new mall in Romania

Real estate investment fund NEPI, currently the largest such investor on the Romanian market, will open its mall in Targu – Jiu today (October 16), following an investment of EUR 30 million. The Shopping City Târgu-Jiu will cover 27,000 sqm and be anchored by Carrefour, H&M, and a 1,000-seat Cinema City multiplex. It will also include retailers Takko, Deichmann, JYSK and Flanco. This is NEPI’s second mall opening this year, after the Vulcan Value Center in Bucharest in September this year.
