Medium and large taxpayers to submit fiscal declarations exclusively online from November

Medium and large companies will submit their fiscal declarations for October online only, according to Romania's Fiscal Agency ANAF. The National Electronic System will allow tax payers to submit declarations 100, 101, 102, 120, 130, 300, 301, 390 and 710 from November 25. To submit these documents for October, go to www.e-guvernare.ro (also available in English). The declarations need to be signed using a digital certificate issued by one of the accredited certificate issuers. There companies are listed on the e-Guvernare.ro website as Certification issuers: CertsignSRL, Digisign SRL, Trans Sped SRL.
